Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the platform. This is a starting template that the platform operator should review and adapt with legal counsel before relying on it.


1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep API keys secret and rotate them if compromised.


2. Acceptable use

Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination.


3. Fees and billing

You agree to pay for usage configured on your account. Usage rates are all-inclusive of carrier pass-through fees; no separate per-message or per-minute carrier surcharge is added. Rates are subject to change based on carrier pass-through fees and may be changed at any time. Registration fees (for example, brand and campaign registration) and any carrier-imposed fines remain separate pass-through charges. Usage is billed against your prepaid wallet balance.


4. Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining consent, honoring opt-outs, and complying with all applicable laws and carrier requirements for the traffic you send.


5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement 


6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in your service agreement.


7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
